SUMMARY:Yoni Yoga: A Workshop for Sexual Awakening
DESCRIPTION:Did you know that sensual healing can improve your mood\, boost immunity\, help you rest better\, promote longer lifespan\, relieve stress incontinence\, and more? So can a heightened awareness of your unique sensuality and physical movement. \nIn this online Yoni Yoga Workshop + Fire Meditation\, certified sexologist Ahmané Glover will create a safe and nurturing virtual space that will invite us to examine our stories and assumptions about our bodies and sensuality. If you were lucky enough to join us earlier this year for her Sensual Movement workshop\, then you know we’re in for a big treat again! \nAbout This Workshop\nSo\, what exactly is a yoni? Perhaps you’ve heard references to yoni eggs\, yoni steams\, or even yoni pearls. In truth\, yoni may mean different things to different people\, but in this course\, yoni refers to the Sanskrit word meaning space\, source\, or womb\, and not just the literal reproductive area. And yoga essentially refers to a spiritual discipline which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and science of healthy living. \nSo\, yoni yoga\, together with a fire meditation – to burn off what no longer serves and light up our deepest desires! – will teach us how to use our creative energy to live the lives we’ve only previously dreamed of! \nThis workshop will also offer practices to:\n• Explore the healing powers of movement as a sensual and creative tool.\n• Enhance your ability to use pleasure to create all that you desire.\n• Activate and healing your sexuality with the Fire Element Meditation practice.\n• Cultivate a daily pleasure practice & exploring the relationship between self-love and sexual love. \nThis course includes group discussion\, guided meditation\, journaling\, and does NOT involve nudity or any unsafe practices. The only thing we’ll be shedding in this class is old beliefs that no longer serve our highest good! \nInvestment: $35 \nAbout Our Instructor\nAhmané Glover lives on the edge of intense creative energy. She craves passion\, joy and limitless possibilities for personal and communal wellness. When the world says\, “give up\,” the rhythm of her life says\, “create change!” She is a spoken word artist\, cultural organizer\, ACS Certified Sexologist\, Certified Authentic Tantra® Instructor\, reiki healer and holistic trauma informed facilitator of healing committed to creating innovative strategies to heal social division and ignite social change. Her sacred mission is to activate the power of the arts for communal healing and liberatory movements. \nLearn more about Ahmane’ at: https://www.ahshay.me \nNOTE: This workshop is open to all genders in the BIPOC community who are committed to our healing in these safe spaces. \nComplete your registration at this link: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/229168056827
